haven't blogged for days!
that's because i had the worst shifts ever for the past few days...M= morning shift (open shop till 530/6 wkends/wkdays)
A=afternoon shift (1345 till close shop)
F=fullshift ( wkends = 930 till close shop wkdays=1000 till close shop)
12/8 = 12pm - 8pm
etc..

see? Thurs A, den reach home late late early next mornin, Fri M and den Sat F!!! so tired already den Sun M!!! totally couldn't get up yesterday for my monday M.
but i'd rather have M than A cuz open shop nothing much to do besides folding and making the shop look neat. but for closing, we'll have to clean the mirrors, vacuum the floor, mop the floor, clean the shelvings and do all the accounts. (of course for me, i do the hard work along with another person on duty, den the other two, usually the in charges of the day and another person do the accounts. =( )
damn tiring. we normally go home an hour late from the designated closing time. whereas for morning shifts you only go half an hour earlier from the designated opening time, and it's less tiring.

blah.
past few days encountered alot of special incidents that left an impression in my mind..
like the china customers who wanted to buy 50pcs of our $9 crew neck tees. and they insisted that we lower our price to $8.50 each or else must give them 2 free pcs. we were like, HUH? cannot larh. you think here market is it?? somemore Bossini's a big company, you think this is some small little shop where the boss calls shots, so if he say discount den discount meh? everything must be accounted for lor! so in the end Shu Ying & I cannot handle den we let Bernard handle. haha.

den there were another 2 customers, husband and wife, who wrote me a compliment in the Bossini form. -grins- i think it was Sunday morning. and just before that, saturday or friday, Bernard just briefed me that upon receiving 3 compliments from the customers, the staff can register for the Excellent Service Award. muahahaha.


anyway, yesterday is a day i'll never forget.
there were only 3 of us: YK (real name Wai Kheh) Tiffany & I as compared to normal days' 4..
so i was asked to go upstairs to the Isetan Kid's Department as promoter for Bossini kids since YK has to be in charge & Tiffany has to be cashier.. (cuz i'm too inexperienced so haven't learn cashier yet & YK of course has to be there to govern the place)
for Isetan, there's a morning staff briefing, and although it mainly concerns Isetan's staffs only, but we still have to attend.
seeing that i'm a newcomer, they decided to bully me. rah. i shall not further explain what happened. maddened, i went back to my counter and gahhhh! the worst thing has to happen right at that moment! plus i'm stranded all alone with no help! and den i had to screw up my FIRST business cuz i didn't know how to find the stock inside the wagon. BAHHH.
ultra bad mood.
i'll NEVER forget this day.
