spent the past few days accompanying monk before he leaves for wallaby.
so i skipped Econs tutorial on thursday and meet him for awhile before heading home.

on friday, skipped the whole day!
went Newton Circus to have breakfast and it sucked. and it's EXPENSIVE.
headed down to Toa Payoh for Lust,Caution at the EW cinema at TPY entertainment centre. haha. cool. it's very ulu.
a pity the movie is SO SUPER EDITED. hate it. it's rumoured MDA cut 15mins worth of scenes!!
shopped at the Pasar Malam down TPY central and took the train to Tanjong Pagar for my Design Aesthetics & Culture field lecture.
(monk was gonna crash it with me. at most he'll pay for the entrance ticket if we were going to some museum...)

i was there on time.
and guess what?
i saw no one there.
none of my classmates (that i know of) picked up my call. and Adeline, my dear first friend i made there, was skipping this field lecture.
ROAR.
i waited till 145, still NADA, no signs of any familiar faces that might have been from my class.
and i didn't even see the teacher. and i don't have his HP number because he refused to give us.
so there, we went for a walk at Red DoT Museum. see see, looked looked.

and den we took a train down to City Hall and shopped around at Marina Square (:


saturday was REST-AT-HOME-AND-WATCH-CHARMED-DAY! (:

sunday, because of his constant beggings and naggings, I SKIPPED WORK.
omg. i feel so guilty lying to patrick.
i called in sick.
was supposed to work at Expo for the Zee Carnival thing. so anyway, after my dad dropped me off at Expo, I met monk at Tanah Merah, we took 31 down to Parkway and had lunch at the hawker there.
(i've been trying to get him eat hawker food cuz he would always give in to the heat and look for fast food restaurants or like cafes and all.. and so i realized of the 1year 4months that we've been together, the times we've had hawker food are countable by 10fingers)
Went to play pool for 2hours.
he is a very sore loser. (haha. but i'm SORER. but still, cannot deny the fact that i've got SKILLS too ok! a bit bit larh!)

shopped around at Parkway after that, bought B&J's strawberry cheesecake ice cream and cabbed to East Coast Park Food Centre.
had BBQ-ed stingray, BBQ-ed chicken wings and satays...
and the B&J's strawberry cheesecake ice cream is OH SO MIGHTY HEAVENLY.

I LOVE THE THICK GRAHAM CRACKERS SWIRL WITH THE STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM.

P.S. it's my daddy's dunhill shades he's wearing! haha. retro huh?! it's slightly older than me. and it costs $160! which, i think, is worth like 300-400 NOW.

slowly strolled to a bus stop and took 31 back to Expo. sat down and just talked until Daddy came to fetch me home...
and today, i think i did the most romantic thing in the whole 16months. (minus all the gifts i made for him and all)
after PACC tutorial, had lunch with the girls, and i left school at 1115 and headed for the airport to look for him, with him totally not knowing a single thing.
i reached early, and so i walked around, lingering here and there.
and then i walked to belt 12 and spotted him..
and then i saw Singapore Post right there. so i had an idea.
i smsed him that i posted something to him to the Singapore Post at Changi Airport, and asked him to go and collect it..
and i surprised him there!
he looked all shocked and went, "what the hell! what are you doing here!" (not angrily, but surprised)

haha. waited for him at macdonald's after that while he did some processing of his stuffs.
ate abit, and headed off for Rainbow Connection, which is right at the other end (belt 1 and further) to get chocolates.
he wanted to get me 33chocolates so that i can eat 1 per day and count down to his return...
haha. but i think he ended up buying like, 47 chocolates?!

he walked me to the escalator that led to the MRT, and we baded goodbyes there...

will be over soon because i am so flooded and buried and overstacked with homework i've never felt so suffocated before.
