preparation for xiuyi's birthday surprise cake:
Strawberry Jell-O Cheesecake

300gm McVities Digestive Biscuits crushed into crumbs

Add in 140gm of melted butter (mine not VERY melted..)

spread them into base... (300gm is actually alot. the recipe was meant for a 10" cake. i dno my cake tin how many inch. anyway i managed to make 3 different size cakes. 2 round 1 square)

Beat Philadelphia Cream Cheese & 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Essence until creamy

then add in 10gm of Gelatin Powder with uh, 120ml hot water bit by bit.. slowly..

and continue mixing in the mixer...
not to forget 50gm of sugar too

then pour on top of base
(thickness as you like)

while waiting for the cheese layer to set, i made chocolates!

used a bowl of hot water to melt the chocolates in a glass plate...

spread into my hello kitty chocolate moulds...
watched tv and waited for chocolates to set!

aren't the cute???

in the middle of the night after surfing the net, did my Jell-o layer so it has sufficient time to set...

On Vday, did this bling bling photo holder while watching Charmed Season 1 all over again (cuz the reruns on CH8 were terrible and i'm not great fans of Ellen Degenerees nor Martha Stewart -.-)

i was not pre-warned that baby's shaved!
i totally got a shock when i arrived at Leedon today to be welcomed by my now-very-bald-nephew.
(with no eyebrows too. he so reminds me of Crayon Shincan)

i look kinda hideous too after a day of work and laughter. my stomach hurt every movement i made.
teh is eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil.
he makes me laugh at everything.
