we are singapore, we are singapore...

after tirelessly downloaded all the stupid French files from Blackboard, and printed the PACC mid-session test past year papers, i'm nonchalantly sitting here, blogging, while there's a nagging AGAIN at the back of my brain that i really really need to start studying my French soon and my right shoulder is aching like SHIT because of using the mouse and only the mouse for almost 2hours.

boohoo.
how could you bear to ruin my holidays like that?
(although, nah, it's not sposed to be holidays, yet. it's supposed to be the study week in preparation for the semestral exams.)
but still!
i toldya i've been in sucha holiday mood, I JUST SIMPLY CANT CRAM A THING INTO MY PUNY BRAIN.
and i'll just let the last minute panic attack wash over me.
and regretfully berate myself within WHY DIDN'T I STUDY HARDER. (especially when results are back!)

carmen wong you notty notty!
haughty little conceited girl!
sighs. sherilyn has already started on PACC!(which is on Monday) but i haven't even started my French test, which is TOMORROW!
oh bummer.
why oh why. i just want to loll around in my bed reading Harry Potter. pretty pretty please? i'm already at the beginning of the Half-blood prince!

but NO. you shall study your French test now!
you won't want it to lower down your GPA now, would you?

boohoohoo.
ok. i shall stop this fiasco.
i think i'm mental right now. from overdose of magic.

HAPPY 42nd BIRTHDAY, SINGAPORE!!!

food for thought:
"Young man, we parade our nation's flags on the top of the cars, we hang our nation's flags from our flats. But what's the use, if, we do not proudly emblazon the nation's flag on our hearts?"

so, in the event of doing those stated (above), and wearing red and white today, and tattoo-ing your faces with our nation's flag, do YOU emblazon the nation's flag on your hearts?
how many of us, actually DO mean it from the bottom of our heart, when we say "Happy Birthday, Singapore"?
